Delete your account
Delete your Unpixel cloud account and associated data.
You can delete your Unpixel cloud account directly in the app or request deletion by email. You do not need to uninstall the game first.
Delete it in Unpixel
- Open Unpixel → Settings → Account & Cloud.
- Sign in to the Google account connected to your Unpixel cloud save, if required.
- Select Delete Cloud Account and confirm.
If authentication succeeds, the cloud account and cloud save are deleted immediately.
Request deletion by email
Email us from the Google address connected to Unpixel. Use the subject “Unpixel account deletion”. We may ask you to verify ownership. Requests are normally completed within 30 days.

Data deleted
- Your Firebase Authentication account for Unpixel.
- Your cloud game save, including level progress, coins, lives, boosters, achievements, unlocked content and cloud gameplay statistics.
Data that may remain
- Local game data remains on the device until you clear the app data or uninstall Unpixel.
- Your Google account is not deleted.
- Support correspondence and limited security or legal records may be retained only as long as reasonably necessary.

Удалить облачный аккаунт Unpixel можно непосредственно в игре или отправив запрос по электронной почте. Предварительно удалять игру не требуется.
Удаление в Unpixel
- Откройте Unpixel → Настройки → Аккаунт и облако.
- При необходимости войдите в Google-аккаунт, связанный с облачным сохранением Unpixel.
- Нажмите Удалить облачный аккаунт и подтвердите удаление.
После успешной авторизации облачный аккаунт и облачное сохранение удаляются сразу.

Напишите нам с Google-адреса, связанного с Unpixel. Укажите тему «Удаление аккаунта Unpixel». Для защиты данных мы можем запросить подтверждение владения аккаунтом. Обычно запрос выполняется в течение 30 дней.

Какие данные удаляются
- Аккаунт Firebase Authentication, используемый для Unpixel.
- Облачное сохранение: прогресс уровней, монеты, жизни, бонусы, достижения, открытый контент и облачная игровая статистика.
Какие данные могут остаться
- Локальные данные остаются на устройстве до очистки данных приложения или удаления Unpixel.
- Сам Google-аккаунт не удаляется.
- Переписка с поддержкой и ограниченные записи безопасности или юридического учёта могут храниться только обоснованно необходимый срок.

Löschung in Unpixel
- Öffnen Sie Unpixel → Einstellungen → Konto & Cloud.
- Melden Sie sich bei Bedarf mit dem Google-Konto an, das mit dem Unpixel-Cloud-Spielstand verbunden ist.
- Wählen Sie Cloud-Konto löschen und bestätigen Sie.
Nach erfolgreicher Authentifizierung werden Cloud-Konto und Cloud-Spielstand sofort gelöscht.
Löschung per E-Mail anfordern
Schreiben Sie von der mit Unpixel verbundenen Google-Adresse mit dem Betreff „Unpixel account deletion“. Wir können einen Eigentumsnachweis verlangen. Anfragen werden normalerweise innerhalb von 30 Tagen bearbeitet.
